请教个中国信用卡网上在美国消费的验证问题，谢谢

我本人的万事达信用卡，网上在美国消费了30，支付的是某网站的会员费用，会员已经生效。查询网银，信用卡帐单显示 “已入帐- 网上支付－万事达非验证交易”现在收到一个要求验证的邮件，如下，附件是一个卡片信息的表单，请问大家，需要填写去验证吗？如果不管他，会不会交易被取消？谢谢
